Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Footwear must be returned in its original box.

Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.
Please initiate your return by contacting our customer care at support@lurevaa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Replacements
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@lurevaa.com with images of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
